About the blog

The blog is called "backginners" (backgammon + beginners) and it is aimed at backgammon beginners who want to improve their game by reducing their blunders (big errors).

I will try to update the blog frequently, with positions I find useful to the beginners, but I'll vary the complexity of the problems so I hope it will be interesting even to the intermediate players.

Feedback, in form of comments, is much appreciated, as the concept of this blog will be: backgammon problem with candidate moves, responses from readers via comments, and finally - the correct solution in the following post with explanations, general principles and variations.
